1. Work Process
1. Greetings, general discussion about what you want to commision, price talk, general details
2. Payment full upfront if possible before any work is continued further
3. Payment plans are possible. Watermarked artwork and wips are gonna be given until the payments are complete in this case
4. Im going to send WIPs (works in progress) every now and then, which sometimes I need reviewed to continue, else the commision can get delayed
5. If payments are complete, and the work is finished, and no corrections needed, I will ask to confirm if the work is alright. No corrections or refunds after this confirmation
6. Even if I try to keep a backup of my works, I recommend you store them correctly, There is no guarantee that I always keep a copy
2. WIPs
1. I will explain the workflow of your requested digital work, before starting, so you know which part you are in
2. You can request a WIP once everyday, but understand some of my media is mixed or difficult to export, so it may not be possible to give WIPs instantly after request, also, if there was no progress since last WIP I wont send a new WIP
3. I will keep you updated on progress that would make corrections more difficult, and any steps you tell me beforehand you consider critical (getting a detail right for example)
4. Please ask for logical corrections! I cant change a pose or characters after the sketch is finished for example, so if something is bothering you, talk without fear, as it will only get more difficult to fix as the work advances
3. Refunds
1. 100% Refunds may be given only before a project started, or when I need to cancel an artwork
2. Partial Refunds of up to 60% may be given only before coloring starts (The non-refund point may be altered with different works)
3. The refund percentage only works on funds remaining after taxing/fees are discounted. Example: You paid $10, and I received $9, you are not receiving $10 again. The only exception to this is a payment method which allows returns with full value
4. Slots
1. When I open a slot of any kind, and already enough people to fill every slot are talking to me, I'll tell you that you are in queue. If a slot frees up I'll talk to you again, keeping the order of people who messaged first.
2. Please be considerate to answer in a timely manner when we are talking about the slot, especially if you arent yet sure you can get it
3. Failure to answer in a timely manner at the initial conversation, when there are people in queue, may cause you to lose the opportunity (You can tell me you are busy and I will give you more time to answer)
5. Usage Rights
1. Works I do for you will be licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, enabling you to use them for non-commercial purposes, giving proper attribution (Name is enough but a link to this page is also cool ;) )
2. You can use my work to promote yourself in a commercial manner (such as youtube banners or previews) but you cant directly profit from it; no merchandise of any kind
3. Fully commercial licenses can be made available by discussion
4. Using my work in any context to train AI generative models (storing them in any training datasets), use as reference for AI image generation, or anything AI related at all, is an instant blacklist
6. I reserve the rights to formulate new rules, on the spot if these terms dont cover an issue

Things I can draw (Please ask if you are not sure!)

• Nudity
• Armor / Robots / Cyber stuff
• Drawings with Perspective playing a noticeable role
• Common and uncommon furry species (Please have clear references!)
• Blood and injuries
• Humans (Why would you even ask for that?)

Things I wont draw!

• Self-harm / Substance abuse
• Glorification of hate speech symbols
• Any drawing showing heavy, explicit political meaning (Someone waving a flag of a political party or movement for example)
• Explicit shown sexual intercouse or sexual activities (masturbation for example)
• Ferals on any kind of NSFW situations
